Capture and summarize the external developments, strategy, proof points and ambition in one concise document that explains the companies (in this case) sustainability approach.

An understanding across the organization on how to tell a complex story in a consistent way.

Works of art

Challenge
Visualize a project that could not be photographed properly.
Action
A box containing six works of art, created by art students. High quality prints, numbered, signed and embossed.
Impact
Customers experienced the novelty and excitement. Many framed the works and presented them in their offices.

Strategy meeting

Challenge
Ensure the teams understand their targets for the year and are ready to meet or exceed these. Keep them engaged, motivated and actively participating in the program.
Action
Action: Concept creation, execution and hosting of internal multi-day strategy meetings for 200 – 300 commercial EMEA employees, including presentation training and coaching.
Impact
Impact: Highly dynamic three-day meeting with fully engaged audience, motivated to perform.

Packaging atlas

Challenge
Engage a global customer base in the journey towards more sustainable packaging. Inspire them to think about current and future developments to stimulate joint innovation.
Action
A box containing six maps illustrating multiple global developments which influence the future of packaging.
Impact
Many face-to-face follow up meetings to discuss potential collaborations.

Exhibition: K-Show

Challenge
Engage a global customer base in the journey towards more sustainable products. Illustrate what’s possible today and inspire (potential) customers to join us thinking about tomorrow.
Action
Creative concept, project management, realization: 1’200m2 stand space; 400m2 exhibition space; 175 seats hospitality area; 15 meeting rooms; 140 prototypes: 100 person stand team.
Impact
2183 Potential new leads identified.
